Our are fabricated to work with your existing windows, not against them. Every unit is built from clear vertical grain fir with no finger-jointed stock, and designed for complete reversibility. No adhesives. No fasteners penetrating historic fabric. No permanent changes

Operable glazed sash over a fixed insect screen. Suitable for buildings requiring both ventilation and weather protection
Top-Hung Storm Window
Removable panel with stainless steel hangers and adjusters. Ideal for upper-floor windows where ease of removal matters.
Fixed-Panel Storm Window
Removable unit secured with stainless turn buttons. A clean, unobtrusive solution where operability is not required.
Side-Hinged Storm Window
Swing-open panel with lift-off hinges. Provides straightforward access and a traditional appearance.
Awning-Panel Storm Window
Bottom-hinged sash with operable screen. Provides ventilation while maintaining weather protection.

- Clear vertical grain fir — no finger-jointed stock
- Traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery or epoxy-reinforced pocket joinery
- Low-luster painted or stained finish per architectural specifications
- Optional muntins and middle rails to match existing sash profiles
Glazing Options:
- Single-pane annealed or tempered glass — maximum clarity and period authenticity
- Laminated safety glass — single-pane option with enhanced strength
- GU or VIG — available where energy performance requirements apply
- All options available with simulated divided lites (SDLs) to match existing muntins

Preservation Compliant Storm Windows Designed to the Secretary's Standards
All storm window designs comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. Attachment is tool-free via stainless turn buttons, lift-off hinges, or hangers meaning every unit can be removed without tools and without leaving a mark on the original window or trim.
No adhesives. No caulks. No fasteners penetrating historic fabric.
